PROGRAM CONDITIONS

To be eligible for naturalization, the main applicant must meet one of the following investment requirements:

Buy real estate worth at least $250,000

Minimum fixed capital investment of 500,000 USD.

Commit at least USD 500,000 or equivalent foreign currency or exchange government bonds.

Commit at least USD 500,000 or foreign currency equivalent or exchange into real estate investment fund shares or venture capital fund shares.

Create jobs for at least 50 people, as confirmed by the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Affairs.

Deposit at least USD 500,000 or foreign currency equivalent or deposit into a US bank account.

The main applicant may include their spouse, dependent children under the age of 18, and children of any age living with a disability in their application.
